Couture Massage - Terms of Service
Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 1 week advance notice for chair events, spa parties and other group events. Reservations can be made by calling (615) 746-7606 or (804) 240-3070. You can also book online. Click the booking link here. Same day appointments are sometimes available, however not a guarantee.
For individual treatments we require designation of payment by cash, check, credit, PayPal at least 24 hours prior to appointment date. For group events and spa parties we require 50% deposit to reserve your date. Payment in full is required on the appointment date.
We accept payments by cash, check, credit, and PayPal. Cash, credit, or check will be accepted on the appointment date. Checks should be made payable to Couture Massage.
All notifications to reschedule must be made by telephone. We do not accept email or text messages for rescheduling. For individual services we require at least 24 hour notice when changing an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, the 50% fee will be waived.
Notifications to reschedule spa parties, corporate chair events, or other group events must be made 72 hours in advance in order to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Late rescheduling notifications result in forfeiting initial deposit. Once your appointment date has been set for your spa party or event, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations, tardiness or no-shows.
If you are satisfied with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your massage therapist.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.
